The Community Center at West Side Park has spaces for private parties, special events, board meetings, various classes, meeting rooms, a volunteer-run lending library and management offices.

West Side Park has two tennis / pickleball hard courts. The courts are available to all residents and their guests at no cost.

Swimming pool is open from Monday, May 22, 2023 until September 10, 2023. Daily Hours:
- Monday thru Sunday 10am to 7pm The pool facilities include umbrella tables, lounge chairs, and Kiddie Pool.

The Johnson Point Marina includes boat slips, a boat launch and storage for kayaks and canoes. Other boat and RV storage lots are located within the community.
