Lake Auman is an 800-acre spring-fed private lake that is considered “the jewel” of the Seven Lakes West communities. This man-made lake is a fisherman’s haven and a boater’s paradise. The lake hosts a private island suitable for swimming and picnicking, as well as a marina capable of housing over 50 boats and private boat launch. Sandy beaches, gazebos, a fishing pier, a children’s playground and outdoor grilling combine to make the ideal retreat for family outings and summer concerts. Each year, Lake Auman is stocked with an abundant supply of bluegills, and large and small mouth bass. Results of an annual water study, The Great North American Secchi Dip-In, reveal that Lake Auman is one of the clearest lakes in the country.
